At Hope Macaulay, we want you to love your handmade knitwear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as each piece is made-to-order, we encourage mindful shopping to support our sustainable slow-fashion ethos.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your official return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, labels, and spare yarn kits remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a tracked postal service to our Northern Ireland studio; please retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the quality of the returned piece, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
